Hi, I’m Emilija.

After my grandmother died, our family had almost nothing of her but a handful of small, imperfect prints. We passed them around the table for hours. That was the evening I understood what a photograph really is: not decoration, but the only way to hold on to a feeling once the person is gone. I borrowed my father's old camera the following week and never really gave it back.

I trained in Dublin, where I developed both my technical skills and my love for storytelling through photography. After returning to Lithuania, I built my photography business in Klaipėda, where I now capture weddings, families, maternity sessions, christenings, and life’s other meaningful moments. While I’m primarily an outdoor photographer, I also work in carefully selected rental studios whenever they best suit a session.

My work has been featured in Irish wedding editorials, but the greatest recognition has always come from my clients. There is no greater privilege than being invited back to photograph the same families as they grow, celebrate new milestones, and create more memories together. Those lasting relationships are what make this work so meaningful to me.

Emotion over perfection, always. I would rather your gallery feel warm and true than technically flawless and cold. I photograph in natural light, edit gently so skin looks like skin, and avoid trends that will date badly. A photograph should look as beautiful in twenty years as it does the week you receive it.

A friendly call before we book, preparation notes on clothing, light and timing, and a session that feels like a slow walk rather than a photoshoot. Afterwards you receive a private online gallery within two to three weeks, professionally edited and print-ready, plus my honest help choosing which images to print and frame.
